Guests are required to wear a mask, which covers the nose and mouth, whilst making use of public spaces.

Security will, upon arrival, measure the temperature of each and every individual occupying the vehicle. Should any occupant’s temperature measure above 37.8°C, the vehicle will not be permitted to enter the premises. |

|
The Restaurant and Bar, by law, is required to close at 22:00, daily. For this reason we ask that guests place last orders by 21:00. All public spaces are required to be vacated by 22:00. |

|
Select facilities and activities may be restricted or operate at a limited capacity, as is permissible under government regulations. Please be in touch with the Resort directly for further clarification.

Housekeeping will be kept to a minimum throughout your stay to ensure social-distancing is upheld. Please note, cleaning services are currently not available over weekends, due to current public transport (for staff) limitations. Please be in touch with the Resort for any additional housekeeping arrangements. |

Mbali Day Spa facilities are open, in line with strict health and sanitation protocols. Bookings are essential, to allow for adequate cleaning and preparation, as well as to ensure that appropriate social distancing etiquette's are followed. |
