Kindly note that all cell service providers offer stable signal strength throughout the Resort. Wi-fi facilities are not available.
Please take note, for the safety of our guests and wildlife, that the speed limit on the Resort premises is 20km/h.
Chalets are serviced by the Housekeeping Team daily, with the exception of Sundays and Public Holidays. Housekeeping on Sundays and Public Holidays can be arranged at an additional fee; kindly notify Reception 24 hours in advance.
Guests are reminded that a refundable breakage deposit is payable on check-in; cash repayments will be issued on the day of check-out while credit card repayments will take up to 14 working days to be reinstated.

Guests are kindly advised to keep windows and doors closed. We have a few munching monkeys onsite who like to pinch guest’s yummy treats. While it might seem cute, feeding the monkeys creates a dependency which could result in them becoming a nuisance to other guests, not to mention the detrimental effects on their health from consuming the incorrect diet. Help us keep our monkeys wild!
